Ordering and Payment

There are four easy ways to order our products:

1. Order online through our secure server. It is fast, secure and efficient.

2. Order by Phone. Please call us toll-free at 1-800-886-1560 during our business hours (Mon to Fri, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time).

3. Order by FAX. FAX your order to (408) 418-4063. 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

4. Order by Mail. Print the order form or write down your order. Make your check or money order payable to Milestone Safety and mail to: Milestone Safety 1062 Lois Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94087

Payment:

1. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

2. PayPal: We accept PayPal for most of our items. Some items such as weapons or key loggers cannot be paid via PayPal. Whenever a PayPal restricted item is added to the shopping cart, the PayPal button will be removed automatically, so customer can check out using credit card.

3.Money order, and cashier's check. Check or money order must be drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to Milestone Safety. If your payment is by personal check, there is a 10-day waiting period for it to clear.

4. We accept purchase orders from government agencies and educational institutions. Terms are net 30 days from the invoice date.

Shipping and Sales Tax

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours(Monday to Friday). You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order is shipped. This will include a tracking number to help you track your shipment.

If we are not able to ship within that time, you will be notified by email. If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to allow you to cancel your order or have the item shipped to you at the earliest possible time.

Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping charge based on UPS real time rates. Shipping is free if order is over $100.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or APO addresses are shipped via USPS. The shipping fee will be added on later if it is not calculated when you place your order.

Orders may be shipped from different warehouses depending on the item ordered. It may be shipped by either UPS or Fedex. Ground shipping usually takes from 2-5 business days.

Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays unless the customer specifies a "Saturday Delivery" which costs an extra $10.00 per package.

We do not charge sales tax for orders shipped outside of California.
We are obligated to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of California.

Shipping to Santa Clara county - 8.25% (City of Campbell - 8.50%)
Shipping elsewhere in California - 7.25%

Return Policy

You have 30 days after the original delivery date to return your item (surveillance products excluded).
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. The cost of shipping your order to you will be deducted from any refund given.
Returns on items purchased with free shipping will still have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund.
Opened items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee also applies to returns over $200 or special purchases(surveillance products excluded, see return restrictions below).
Return Restrictions:
- No return on videos.
- No return on TASERs.
- No return on pepper spray.
- No return on counter-surveillance detectors, cell phone monitoring products, and detection kits.
- Custom made surveillance equipment cannot be returned.
  
  In special exceptions, returns may be approved but there will be a 25% restocking fee for non-returnable items.
Important: To return a product, you must first send an e-mail to Info@milestonesafety.com for authorization and return instructions. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RMA Number. Returns should be complete with the original boxes and packing material. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Warranty and Defects

We warrant our products to be defect free when they are received. If the product you receive is defective, please notify us as soon as possible. The manufacturer's warranty will cover the product if it becomes defective after it is received by the customer.

International Orders

Sorry, we do not accept international orders at this time.

STUN GUNS CANNOT BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE USA WITHOUT AN EXPORT LICENSE FROM THE US GOVERNMENT.

Pepper Spray Restrictions (includes all OC, CS and foam-based defensive sprays)

New York - the sellers must be local licensed firearm dealers or local pharmacies.
Massachusetts - the buyer is required to obtain a Firearms Identification Card (FID); the sellers must be local licensed firearm dealers.
Michigan - OC Pepper Spray can be no stronger than a 2% concentrate. CS is the only Tear Gas accepted. Both must be no larger than 35 grams per can. No combination sprays allowed.
Wisconsin - Pepper only. No Tear Gas, UV Dye or combination sprays. OC Pepper Spray can be no stronger than a 10% concentrate. The can must be between 15-60 grams only. Must have safety feature.
California - Canisters cannot be more than 2.5 ounces.
